Business Administration program is a silver-level internationally accredited sample program by AMBA/BGA. It boasts several key construction platforms, including a Zhejiang Provincial First-Class Discipline in Management Science and Engineering, a Master’s Degree Program in Engineering Management, a Provincial Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base among higher education institutions in Zhejiang Province, and a jointly established industry school with local governments - the Rural Cultural Tourism and Common Prosperity College. This program offers four specialized modules: Human Resource Management, Digital Marketing and Trade, Enterprise Digital Operation Management, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
本专业立足浙江省民营经济发展需求,聚焦现代服务业和先进制造业行业特色,围绕“深层次的产科教融合、可持续的创业创新教育、应用型的本土国际化”三条主线,培养工商管理理论基础扎实、责任和可持续意识突出、创新和实践能力强的高素质应用型管理人才。员工在校期间系统学习掌握现代经营管理思想、基本管理技能和管理方法,毕业后从事企事业单位的经营决策、生产计划、人事管理、采购、营销、战略制定与实施等相关工作。本专业主要课程包括管理学、经济学、会计学、管理心理学、市场营销学、管理沟通、人力资源管理、市场研究、创业能力、服务经营管理、企业资源计划ERP、企业战略管理、企业伦理与文化、公司理财与实务等。本专业核心课程中有近50%的课程是浙江省一流课程。
Rooted in the development needs of Zhejiang Province’s private economy, this program focuses on the characteristics of the modern service industry and advanced manufacturing sectors. It revolves around three main themes: deep integration of industry, education, and research; sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation education; and locally-oriented internationalization with a practical focus. The program aims to cultivate high-quality, application-oriented management talents with a solid foundation in business administration theory, prominent senses of responsibility and sustainability, and strong innovation and practical abilities. During their studies, students systematically learn and master modern management ideas, basic management skills, and management methods. Upon graduation, they are equipped to engage in business decision-making, production planning, personnel management, procurement, marketing, strategy formulation and implementation, and other related work in enterprises and institutions. The core courses of this major include Management, Economics, Accounting, Management Psychology, Marketing, Management Communication, Human Resource Management, Market Research, Entrepreneurial Competence, Service Operation Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Corporate Strategy Management, Corporate Ethics and Culture, Corporate Finance and Practice, among others. Nearly 50% of the core courses in this major are recognized as Zhejiang Provincial First-Class Courses.
